Our Contura 810 was fitted on 18 January by Rob and Ian. The fire has made an enormous difference to our comfort during the winter and continues to do so. It also looks fantastic. We were shown how to prepare the fire and light it, and have experienced no problems whatsoever. Rob and Ian who installed the fire left everything very neat and tidy. We also took up the special offer of the logs, which combined with the supplied kindling and flamers, burn very easily and cleanly. Very happy with everything from the start, dealing with Rebecca in the Pool showroom, to the end with us keeping warm in such an aesthetically pleasing way.
