125g soften butter
100g caster sugar
50g soft brown sugar
1 egg
140g plain flour
1/2tsp baking powder
75g porrage oats
100g Milk chocolate chips
Roasting Oven set at 200c
1. Cream the butter and sugar until pale and soft, add the egg, beat well, stir in the flour, oats, baking powder and chocolate chips.
2. Divide the mixture into 24 small balls, place onto two baco- glide lined baking trays.
3. Bake one tray at a time in the roasting oven with the shelf in the centre of the oven.
4. Bake for approx 10-15 mins until pale and set.
