Cooking the Christmas turkey with Everhot

Stuff the neck end with your stuffing of choice, Rub the turkey with butter, season, coat with streaky bacon and place onto the grill rack in the large roasting tin.

FAST COOKING METHOD

Place the roasting tin on the bottom set of runners in the Everhot set at 230c in the roasting oven. After 1 hr loosely cover with foil.

8-12lb 1 ¾hrs-2 hrs 12-16lb 2-2 ½ hrs

6-20lb 2 ½-3hrs 20-24lb 3-3 ½ hrs

MEDIUM METHOD

Place the roasting tin on the bottom set of runners in the Everhot set at 230c in the roasting oven for 1 hr, cover loosely with foil and finish the cooking in the lower ovens et at 190c.

8-12lb 2 ½-3hrs 12-16lb 3-4hrs 16-20lb 4-5hrs 20-24lb 5-6hrs

SLOW METHOD

Place the roasting tin on the bottom set of runners in the Everhot roasting oven. Set at 230cfor 45 mins,loosely cover with foil and move to the simmer ovenset at 110cfor approx

8-12lb 8-9hrs 12-16lb 9-12hrs

16-20lb 10-14hrs 20-24 lb 14-16hrs

For roast goose-fast roast at 220c for 20 mins per lb
