Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate installations and service appointments efficiently.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing clear communication and support throughout the process.
Liaise with installation teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and job readiness.
Maintain and update scheduling systems and calendars.
Manage incoming service requests, prioritising urgent jobs where necessary.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and the internal team.
Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Confident using scheduling software and general office systems (specific program provided if required).
Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Experience with CRM or job management software.
Desirable:
Experience in trades, construction, or stove/fireplace industry.
