Due to company expansion, we are looking for a Junior Administrator/Office Assistant to join a well-established team at our showroom and office in Wadebridge, Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career within a company where there is real development available.
This is a fast-moving business. The successful candidate will have a desire to work within a customer centred environment, displaying team work - yet capable of lone working. The candidate will be self-motivated, have good communication skills, be IT literate and have the skills to plan and prioritise effectively.
You will be reliable and flexible and have a positive approach to work.
Full training on our system will be delivered, during induction. Clare Mason, our Operations Manager who started with the company in a similar role, will be your Line Manager and will provide full support as and when needed.
The Role
As Office Junior/Junior Administrator, key duties will include:
Data entry
Completing registration of all warranties and certificates online
Helping to maintain records on our client in-house database
Communicating with other team members and offering support where possible
Updating product prices within the showroom
Making tea and coffee for visitors to the showroom
Hoovering and mopping the showroom each morning and ensuring the showroom is ready for visitors
General admin support
Helping with preparation and hosting (welcoming guests) to demonstrations of our cooking products
This is a junior role, no industry experience required
