Thank you to our incredible staff
Who have worked tirelessly throughout the last few months to ensure we are able to continue to offer our high standard of service to all our customers. Although some had a little time off on furlough, a core team stayed at work to make sure that we were able to communicate with customers and reorganise jobs for as soon as it was safe to bring the installation teams back. Not only that, they worked through proceedures, making improvements, in the hopes that when life "returned to normal" we would be able to provide a service superior to that which we already offered.
Our Work Family
We have stuck together, suporting our team through unforeseen traumatic events, the fear and uncertainty of high risk staff and family members and the isolation felt, in varying degrees, by most of us at some point during lock down. Although not all of us have managed to make it back to work, we continue to support the whole of our team, keeping in regular contact and supporting each other as much as possible. Thank you all for being there for us and each other.
Our Customers
We'd like to thank you for your patience and thoughtfulness when dealing with our company. Understanding that we are working really hard to ensure you receive the best service, in what at best can be described as difficult times, really makes our job more enjoyable. On those days when you really don't want to face the world, a big smile or a friendly phone call from a customer is all you need to get remotivated and turn the day around.
The Future
As we head into what looks to be a very busy and possibly challenging heating season we will be working our hardest to provide a service we can be proud of and which you enjoy using. We will be missing some key personnel and they will be on our minds every day, however we are also working hard to train new and enthusiastic team members, who have already hit the ground running!
