FIREPLACE INSTALLER - WADEBRIDGE
We are looking for someone with building experience, perhaps a roofer, plasterer or general builder, who has excellent attention to detail and would like to join our installation team.
You don't need to be HETAS registered just knowledgable about building and with good building experience. It's all about having an eye for detail, being able to work through a job from start to finish, ensuring that all the boxes are ticked, providing excellent, friendly service to our customers and enjoying being part of the team. We have a full team, including Customer Services, Design Team, Warehouse Team and an approachable Management Team. A background in high quality building is essential.The role is full time and the availability to work the occasional weekend by prior agreement would be beneficial.
More About The Role
As a lead installer you will ensure a first class delivery and installation service to our customers, installing a variety of gas or woodburning fires. Fireplace design is a key element to our business and therefore attention to detail, clean lines and perfect finishes are essential. With our diverse offering you may be involved in longer builds which include fitting outdoor kitchen, basic decoration and carpentry and required to work as part of a larger team.
Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing
Customer satisfaction and safety are paramount in your day to day role.
Working as Installation Team Leader, you will ensure professional, reliable conduct at all times.
Work with the warehouses to ensure all stoves and parts are checked in and out correctly with paperwork filled in correctly and fully at all times.
Use your building knowledge to produce the best practical and aesthetic finish, ensuring all technical requirements are met and photographic evidence of completed work legal requirements are uploaded to the system. Training on these issues will be provided where required.

You will come from a construction background, display great attention to detailand have a strong customer focus.
The drive and ability to adapt to new situations, learn your new role and responsibilites and work as part of a team is crucial.
You will be proactive and resourceful, looking for innovative and quality conscious solutions to problems.
You are confident to bring your proposals to the fore and engaging positively with changes that occur during unpredictable jobs.
Ability to follow internal processes including:
Completing installation information & photography ready for job registration and invoicing.
Ensuring paperwork is always complete for items in and out of warehouse, using PO numbers and handing in receipts for purchases.
Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy and presentable inside and out, at all times.
Keeping up to date with your tool inventory.
