Customer Aspirations: An elegant contemporary wood burner
Customer Requirements: No chimney
The Contura 860t has soapstone cladding which warms up slowly during burning and then slowly releases heat into the room long after the fire has gone out. The honed slate hearth was made to order. The fire was flued from the rear straight into the existing fireplace which was covered over to create a clean wall.
