Simon and Jane, generously offered to support their Marketing Lady, Kelly Arries in her endeavour to raise as much money as possible for Dementia Revolution, the main charity of the London Marathon 2019. Having suffered the loss of a loved one through Dementia and with a understanding of the emotional turmoil it can cause, they were more than happy to help. Setting Kelly well on her way to raising her target of over £3000, they paid for themselves and their staff to hire bikes, all of which was donated to the cause and lent essential equipment for the day.
Kelly was overwhelmed by the support and enthusiasm from everyone. “It was a pleasure to be part of such an exciting day. We wish Kelly luck, especially with the Marathon, we initially suggested she ran dressed as a woodburner but she didn't seem keen, can’t think why!” added Jane Deards, Partner at Kernow Fires.
